Full-time travel assignmentResponsibilities:
Evaluate assigned patients and create, implement, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Delegate and direct therapy services specific to your discipline for your assigned caseload. Design functional, effective treatment programs supporting patients' return to community activities. Serve as an educator for patients, families, colleagues, and students. Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation per facility and regulatory standards. Foster safety through safe patient handling, awareness of infectious diseases, and adherence to safety protocols. Participate in continuous professional development and organizational performance improvement initiatives. Adhere to state and federal guidelines and maintain your professional license in good standing.Desired Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility). Experience in outpatient or hospital-based therapy is preferred. Superb clinical reasoning and communication skills. Commitment to personal and patient safety in all facets of the work environment. Demonstrated passion for lifelong learning and mentorship of others. Strong understanding of therapy documentation and compliance.Benefits:
