Travel position; schedule details will be discussed during placement
Desired Qualifications:
Valid PT license (or eligibility) for Colorado Experience in outpatient, hospital, or similar therapy settings preferred Ability to evaluate, plan, implement, and modify treatment plans based on physician directives and patient goals Strong documentation and communication skills Commitment to ethical, high-quality care in compliance with professional standards and regulations
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive patient evaluation and development of individualized treatment plans Deliver therapy services; delegate tasks appropriately within the therapy discipline Document assessments, progress, and goals accurately and promptly Educate patients, families, and students; uphold a positive learning environment Promote and ensure patient and workplace safety in all aspects of care Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives Maintain licensure and stay current with state and professional requirements
