Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility to acquire) Prior experience in outpatient or hospital settings highly valued Sound clinical judgment and the ability to create and adapt individualized treatment plans Strong documentation, collaboration, and communication skills Professionalism and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards Commitment to ongoing professional developmentKey Responsibilities:
Evaluate and develop effective care plans for assigned patients, aligning with their goals and physician direction Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services safely and effectively Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues, fostering a positive learning environment Complete accurate and timely documentation per clinic protocols and regulatory requirements Actively participate in safety initiatives, maintaining a secure environment for patients and staff Stay compliant with state practice acts and licensure requirementsBenefits & Travel Perks:
