Core Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients using formal and informal testing to assess musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary function Develop, implement, and document individualized goal-driven treatment regimens Delegate and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, Aides, and students per regulatory standards Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy plans, progress, and home care strategies Participate in team conferences, process improvement initiatives, and community education Maintain accurate documentation for treatment, billing, and regulatory compliance Promote a supportive workplace through collaboration and open communication

Desired Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Michigan (or eligibility) Hospital-based PT experience, preferably including both outpatient and acute care settings Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Ability to independently manage case loads and adapt to new environments Experience providing supervision to assistants and support personnel
