Schedule/Hours:
Day shifts (5x8) Four 9-10 hour days can be accommodated if preferred 36 guaranteed hours per week Call as required by facility
Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapy license Minimum of 1 year experience Comfort treating both inpatient and outpatient cases (orthopedic, neuro, wound care) Experience with
EPIC EMR
a plus Professional, adaptable, and collaborative

Conduct evaluations and treatments for diverse diagnoses Provide care in both inpatient and outpatient settings Collaborate within a
PT/OT/ST
team Maintain clear, accurate documentation using EPIC Deliver outstanding patient-centered therapy in a rural setting
