Key Qualifications:
Valid and active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) Prior inpatient or outpatient therapy experience preferred Ability to develop, implement, and modify patient-centered treatment plans Strong understanding of discipline-specific State Practice Acts and applicable regulations Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and patient education skills

Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop therapy goals aimed at optimal patient outcomes and safe discharge within expected timelines Implement and adjust individualized treatment programs, promoting effective return to community activities Direct and delegate responsibilities to therapy team members while ensuring high-quality, safe care delivery Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records, including goal writing, charge entry, and standardized documentation Serve as an educational resource for patients, families, students, and colleagues Adhere to established safety policies, infection control procedures, and personal appearance standards Participate in student mentorship when assigned and foster a positive learning environment Emphasize continual professional growth by engaging in professional development activities and following a self-driven learning plan
