Schedule/Hours:
Monday through Friday One weekend shift (8 hours) per month with a compensatory day off Weekly guaranteed 36 hours
Qualifications:
Active physical therapy license required Inpatient rehabilitation experience essential Preferred background in CVA/neuro cases Strong adaptability and a proactive, collaborative approach
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered PT services to adult and older adult populations Manage an average caseload of 6.5 treatment sessions per 8-hour day Coordinate effectively with interdisciplinary teams for optimal recovery plans Use best practices to address complex rehabilitation needs; adapt to dynamic patient presentations Document patient progress using electronic health records
