Job Description

Category Therapy - Hospital - PT Job Type Travel Deliver impactful care as a physical therapist within a hospital outpatient setting, providing essential support to patients working toward rehabilitation and improved mobility. In this contract role, you'll assess, plan, implement, and adapt therapy programs tailored to patient goals, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure safe, effective treatment in alignment with professional standards and organizational values.
Desired Background:
Active and unrestricted state physical therapy license (PT) Comprehensive knowledge of therapy services and rehabilitation programs specific to hospital outpatient needs Ability to evaluate patients and develop/modify individualized treatment plans based on clinical reasoning, patient goals, and physician guidance Experience documenting in compliance with medical and regulatory requirements Strong interpersonal skills with capability to educate and support patients, families, students, and team members Commitment to ongoing professional development and performance improvement Understanding and adherence to standard safety practices in clinical environments
Schedule/Hours:
Contract-based position; specific shift details to be provided
