Schedule/Hours:
Day shifts Occasional Saturday coverage, typically 2 Saturdays per 13-week contract
Responsibilities:
Deliver exemplary outpatient Physical Therapy services within a hospital setting Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Utilize current therapy technology and evidence-based practices Document patient progress efficiently and accurately
Qualifications/Experience:
Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Prior experience in hospital or outpatient therapy preferred
