Schedule/Hours:
Full-time hours Flexibility required for occasional floating and varied caseloadsQualifications:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Valid Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in Michigan Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and electronic documentation systems Commitment to annual OSHA training and safe patient practicesKey Responsibilities:
Evaluate, plan, and implement patient-focused therapy interventions Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home protocols Document treatment response, update records, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards Supervise support staff and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings Recommend, order, and assist with adaptive equipment needs Foster continuous improvement and support program developmentBenefits & Perks:
