Schedule:

40 hours per week See 5-6 patients per day Meetings twice monthly to submit signed mileage/timesheets

Role Highlights:

Qualifications:

Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in California At least 6 months of recent PTA experience preferred; new grads considered in exceptional circumstances Two supervisory references (one within the past 12 months, one within 3 years), modality-specific Demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and strong communication skills Must not have been directly employed (FT, PT, PRN) by facilities associated with CHI and/or Dignity within the past year (outside agency PRN permitted)
