Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and coordination for high-quality, compassionate patient care in the CVOR setting. Utilize the full nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver and document care for patients and their families. Delegate and supervise care activities, ensuring the highest standard is maintained. Communicate relevant patient and family information effectively to the broader healthcare team. Participate in collaborative efforts to address and resolve variances from patient care goals, implementing solutions as needed. Support patient and family education to promote understanding and engagement in their own care plans.

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Previous CVOR experience preferred. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Experience in delivering and documenting patient education. Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
