Travel Registered Nurse CVOR

Schedule/Hours:

12-hour day shifts 36 hours per week On-call responsibilities include one weekend per month and 1-2 weeknights per week

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active RN license with a minimum of one year of CVOR experience Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) Proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure surgical environments Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills Commitment to excellence and team collaboration

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care during cardiovascular surgical procedures Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists Monitor patient conditions throughout the perioperative process, ensuring safety and optimal outcomes Prepare and maintain a sterile operating environment in accordance with hospital protocols Educate and advocate for patients and families regarding surgical procedures and post-operative care Adhere to all safety regulations and infection control standards to maintain patient wellbeing
