Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum of 2 years' recent CVOR nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Experience with both scrubbing and circulating in cardiovascular procedures highly desired Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Provide expert nursing care for patients undergoing cardiovascular surgeries alongside multidisciplinary teams Prepare and maintain the CVOR environment, ensuring sterile technique and proper instrumentation Monitor patient status intraoperatively, responding quickly to changes in condition Anticipate needs of surgeons and support staff throughout complex procedures Document all care accurately while adhering to facility protocols and compliance regulations
