Qualifications:

Current, active RN license Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Solid familiarity with CVOR protocols, patient safety, and sterile techniques Professional communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide intraoperative care for cardiovascular surgical patients Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to emergent situations promptly Maintain strict adherence to sterile field and safety procedures Document all patient care accurately and promptly
