Key Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 2 years of recent IR experience in an acute care setting BLS and ACLS certification required Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to adapt seamlessly to new systems and workflows
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care during IR procedures, pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes Administer medications, monitor patient status, and provide patient education before and after procedures Document all care accurately and promptly using electronic medical records Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards
