By engaging with diverse oncology patient populations—ranging from those with solid tumors to anemias—you'll deepen your knowledge through exposure to innovative treatment protocols and seasoned clinical leadership. The opportunity to work independently while also supported by dedicated charge RNs and clinical supervisors ensures a well-rounded environment for professional growth and resume expansion.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm No weekends, no on-call, and no holiday shiftsDesired Qualifications:
Active RN license with current BLS certification Minimum 1 year of Oncology RN experience (2+ years preferred) Clinic experience highly preferred; will consider acute care with oncology expertise OCN certification a plusEPIC EMR
experience highly desired Proficiency with port access, phlebotomy, triage, and clinical assessment Comfort managing independent patient treatment plans and clinic operationsCore Responsibilities:
Independently run Medical Oncology clinic and provide robust patient support Perform assessments, triage, port a cath access, and peripheral blood draws Serve as a key clinical liaison—managing patient/phone triage and communication Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team treating a broad spectrum of cancer diagnoses Support daily operations, participating in continuous improvement and innovative practicesStandout Benefits and Perks:
