As a Registered Respiratory Therapist in this region, you'll support a 225-bed specialty care hospital featuring comprehensive services such as a Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Brain & Spine programs, Rehabilitation, Behavioral Health, Pediatrics, and much more. Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignmentResponsibilities:
Deliver expert respiratory care and therapies to patients across multiple clinical units Float to the NICU as needed, providing specialized support for neonates Assist in emergency response situations and respiratory distress interventions Administer diagnostic tests such as ABGs, PFTs, and other relevant procedures Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to develop care plans Educate patients and families on respiratory health and equipment useQualifications:
Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Valid state license (or eligibility to obtain) CurrentBLS/ACLS
certification preferred Previous experience in hospital-based respiratory care; NICU experience is an asset Strong communication, critical thinking, and adaptability in fast-paced settings Willingness to float to specialized units as neededBenefits & Perks:
