Job Description

Category Respiratory - Registered Respiratory Therapist Job Type Travel Advance your career as a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist by joining a dynamic healthcare team providing exceptional patient care. This opportunity is designed for professionals with strong critical care backgrounds who are comfortable working across various hospital areas, including labor and delivery.
Schedule/Hours:
3x12-hour night shifts: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Every other weekend required Holiday rotation included No on-call required
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of recent critical care experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist Active South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider (RCP) license at time of start National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) - Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications (all must be in hand before start) Ability to float to all areas within the hospital as needed Experience with Epic charting preferred No first-time travelers or local candidates accepted
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory care to a diverse patient population, utilizing advanced clinical skills in critical and acute settings Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage patients' respiratory therapy plans Adapt quickly to patient and department needs, including floating within scope to multiple hospital units Follow all facility protocols and participate in emergency response teams during hurricane season, if applicable
