This position will immerse you in every aspect of respiratory therapy, covering patient populations from neonatal to geriatric in a setting that values clinical independence and respectful collaboration across departments. By adapting to diverse workplace practices and gaining NICU experience within a Level II trauma center, you'll strengthen your skill set and enhance your professional growth. Experience innovative RT equipment like Airvo, PB 840 and 980 Vents, Hamilton C1, MR1, and V-60 Respironics, and work alongside respected teams in all areas of the facility including ER, ICU, outpatient, and rehab.
Schedule/Hours:
6:00 AM-6:30 PM or 6:00 PM-6:30 AM shifts Rotating every third weekend Every third holiday Flexible, self-scheduling and block scheduling options
Qualifications:
Valid RRT or CRT with ND state license Required certifications:
BLS, ACLS, NRP
Proven NICU experience Ability to care for neonatal through geriatric patients Skilled at working independently, making clinical judgments, and collaborating with physicians Ready to adapt across all indoor care areas
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy interventions Utilize advanced RT technology for ventilation and airway management Cover a diverse caseload across inpatient, outpatient, ICU, and ER units Uphold a collaborative, patient-centered approach
