Travel contract, schedule details to be determined with facility
Qualifications:
Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required Minimum of 2 years' recent, visible experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist on your resume Current state licensure (or eligibility) Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients across all age groups Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, such as arterial blood gases and pulmonary function studies Monitor, assess, and document patient responses to respiratory interventions Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members on individualized care plans Manage and operate respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen therapy devices Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and self-care techniques
