Job Description

Spencer's location allows for meaningful exploration during your downtime—hiking, lake adventures, and enjoying local culture. In the workplace, you'll engage with a collaborative team led by an RT system director, hands-on manager, and on-site supervisors, learning directly from seasoned leaders.
Schedule/Hours:
3 x 12-hour shifts: Days (0630-1900) & Nights (1830-0700) Every third weekend required Every other holiday Call/standby not typically required; occasional off-shift call (volunteer-based)
Preferred Qualifications:
Valid RRT certification, ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS Active WI RT license (process can take 6-8 weeks) Minimum 2 years of RT experience Trauma Level 2 or 3 experience Comfortable in critical care settings Open to first-time travelers and travel pairs Strong clinical skills working with adult and pediatric patients
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inpatient and ED caseloads (adults and pediatrics) Perform ABGs and CBGs, especially in intensive care units Assist with intubations; place King airways during Code Blue Cover EKG duties overnight as needed Operate advanced ventilators (Servo U/I, Hamilton
T1, PB840
), Bipap/CPAP systems, and specialized equipment (Vapotherm, INOmax Plus, Oscillators) Participate in fast-track department orientation with leadership and peers What's in it for you?
