Schedule/Hours:
Day shifts: RN ratio 1:18-20, LPN ratio 1:18-20, CNA ratio 1:13 Night shifts: RN ratio 1:26, LPN ratio 1:26, CNA ratio 1:15
Qualifications & Experience:
Active RN license with BLS certification Minimum 18 months of experience in a skilled nursing or rehab long-term care facility required Previous long-term care experience essential, including trach management, wound care, IV starts/management, foley and tube feeding care Epic EMR experience preferred Flexibility to float among partner facilities within the
Rehab Region Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to short-term and long-term rehab patients Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including case management, therapies, and nursing leadership Conduct and manage IV therapy, wound dressing changes, trach and tube feeding care Support admissions processes as needed, with assistance from administrative nurses
