COPY LINK link Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Travel RN in Kenner, LA. This is an on-site, full-time home health travel position supporting patient care in residential settings throughout the assigned coverage area. with a current resume for consideration.

Pay:

$53.00 - $55.00 per hour (based on experience)

Type:

Two-Month contract with possibility of an extension

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete admissions and OASIS visits in home health settings
• Supervise LPNs and Home Health Aides (HHA)
• Participate in Team Case Conferences to support patient care planning
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient assessments in home settings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in HCHB Home Health system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient oues
• Travel daily between patient homes within assigned coverage areas

Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• Current CPR certification required
• Prior Home Health experience required
• Experience with HCHB Home Health documentation system required
• Strong OASIS knowledge required

Pay Details:
