Desired Qualifications:

Current and valid RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity settings

Primary Responsibilities:

Triage and rapidly assess patients presenting to the ER Deliver prompt, compassionate, and evidence-based emergency care Collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams Advocate for safety and quality improvement initiatives Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in compliance with hospital protocols
