Schedule/Hours:

12-hour night shifts—no blocked scheduling Guaranteed 48 hours per week (orientation week may vary) 8-week contract, with every other weekend and holiday required As a key member within a Level II Trauma Center (340 beds, surgical/ortho focus), you'll experience diverse workplace practices, adapt to fast-paced environments, and strengthen your ability to manage change—all while working alongside strong, supportive leaders. Regular float opportunities across all Med Surg/Tele units broaden your scope and build versatility. This hands-on role ensures your resume reflects experience in trauma care, advanced telemetry, and interdisciplinary teamwork.

Required Qualifications:

Current KY or Compact RN license

AHA BLS, AHA

ACLS, and NIHSS certifications Minimum 1 year of RN experience in MS/Tele, including Level I or II Trauma exposure Charting experience in Care View/EPIC preferred (training provided) EKG proficiency required (test completed during onboarding) Ability to interpret tele strips and thrive in general Med/Tele units Social, reliable, strong communication, and adaptable attitude

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver patient care on surgical/ortho and med/tele units, patient ratio 1:6 Float throughout inpatient areas as needed Function collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Maintain compliance with safety and documentation protocols
