Schedule/Hours:

Night shift: 19:00 - 07:30

Qualifications & Experience:

Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a medical-surgical, orthopedic, or telemetry setting BLS certification required (additional certifications preferred) Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt to floating between units as needed Solid communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care on the Ortho/Med/Surg/Tele unit Carry out assessments, monitor patient status, administer medications, and document care accurately Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions Work closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement care plans Provide thorough patient and family education to support recovery and ongoing health Comply with hospital policies, infection prevention protocols, and quality standards at all times
