Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-MS Job Type Travel Advance your career in a dynamic hospital setting specializing in orthopedic, medical-surgical, and telemetry patient care. In this contract opportunity, you'll apply your clinical expertise to deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care within a collaborative team environment. Your adaptability and dedication will ensure continuity of care as you support various units throughout the facility.
Schedule/Hours:
Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30
AM Qualifications:
Active and current RN license Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in med-surg, telemetry, or orthopedic nursing BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong clinical assessment, organization, and communication skills Flexibility to float to other units as needed Ability to adapt to changing patient and unit needs
Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective nursing care to diverse adult patient populations, including those in medical-surgical, orthopedic, and telemetry settings Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in accordance with hospital standards Respond promptly to changes in patient status and provide critical interventions as necessary Support patient education and advocate for patient needs throughout the hospital stay Flex as operational needs require, which may include floating to other units or covering open shifts within the system
