Schedule/Hours:
Every Other Weekend (EOW) Every Other Holiday (EOH)
Preferred Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Prior experience in medical-surgical (MS) and telemetry units Proficient clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Comfortable managing a 1:4-1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced hospital environment
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to a diverse patient population Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatments Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team and utilize virtual nurse assistance technology Ensure patient safety and advocate for optimal outcomes Educate patients and families on procedures and ongoing care needs
