Schedule/Hours:

Travel position with variable shifts; flexibility may be required Possibility of floating to other departments as needed May include on-call responsibilities during scheduled shifts

Desired Experience/Qualifications:

Active RN license Demonstrated proficiency in medical-surgical (MS) nursing Strong assessment, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Experience providing patient education, health teaching, and health counseling

Core Responsibilities:

Perform independent and delegated nursing functions in compliance with state Board of Nursing standards Complete thorough health assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care Deliver supportive and restorative therapies, directly or in collaboration with other caregivers Review and monitor treatment plans, adapting as necessary Accurately document all patient care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines Refer patients for additional evaluation or specialist care when appropriate Uphold mission, vision, and values through exemplary service
