Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current RN license with experience in Telemetry Proficiency with independent nursing functions and delegated medical procedures Strong assessment and care planning skills Prior travel nursing experience a plus Ability to float to departments as needed (within competence and qualifications) Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced clinical settings

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with best practices and state standards Ongoing evaluation of patient health status and readiness for discharge Educate and counsel patients and families on treatment plans Deliver direct and consultative therapy or treatment Delegate, supervise, and teach as necessary within the care team Refer patients for further evaluation/treatment as needed Diligently document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines Uphold organizational values and contribute to a collaborative work environment Engage in on-call rotation during scheduled shifts
