Schedule/Hours:
Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly (not including on-call).
Preferred Qualifications:
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification. Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts. Previous clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist—travel or acute care setting a plus. Strong assessment, ventilation management, and airway care skills. Commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care. Effective communication and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver respiratory therapy and interventions for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients as prescribed. Operate and manage ventilators, nebulizers, and other respiratory equipment. Perform patient assessments, monitor treatment responses, and maintain detailed documentation. Participate in rapid response and code blue situations as needed. Educate patients and families regarding respiratory care and equipment use.
