Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in New York State. Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt therapy techniques for diverse student needs. Current BLS/CPR certification.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary students. Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support students' development. Provide group and one-on-one therapy sessions during school hours. Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines. Participate in IEP meetings as needed.
