Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current OT license in Georgia (or eligibility to obtain) Pediatric/school-based experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to new environments and integrate into multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions for students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress Document services and maintain compliance with school and district guidelines Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
