Qualifications and Experience:
Must be a licensed SLPA with credentials valid for work in Wyoming, or eligible for reciprocity Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Knowledge of evidence-based language and speech interventions for children Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families Dedication to fostering student growth and meeting IEP goals
Primary Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of individualized speech and language programs under SLP supervision Work directly with students in group and one-on-one settings, providing therapy and progress monitoring Document sessions and track student outcomes in accordance with district and state guidelines Assist in developing materials and strategies for speech intervention Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to broader educational planning
