Nursing license with ORT experience All required certifications completed before start At least 60 miles' distance from assignment location (per travel requirements) Fingerprinting and background check per New Mexico state law (process begins before hire; may work under supervision on a 14-day waiver while awaiting results) Desire to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in operating room procedures and ensure sterile technique and patient safety Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff Maintain proper documentation and equipment readiness Adapt quickly to varying case types and interdisciplinary leadership approaches
