Position Highlights:
Schedule/Hours:
4x10 or 4x12 Day/Evening rotation Two weeks of nights per contract At least two short-call shifts per 4-week schedule Rotating weekends; when scheduled, 12-hour shifts with corresponding 8 or 10 hour shifts during the same week to fulfill contracted hours Day shifts: 7a-5:30p (M, T, Th, F); 9a-7:30p (W) for 4x10, 7a-7:30p (M, T, Th, F); 9a-9:30p (W) for 4x12 Evening shifts: 1p-11p (4x10); 11a-11p (4x12)
Desired Experience:
Background in Nursing - ORT Significant experience in high-capacity, fast-paced operating rooms Adaptability to a variety of shifts and rotations Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset Current licensure and certifications as required
Key Responsibilities:
Provide skilled perioperative care within diverse surgical teams Support safety, aseptic technique, and patient-centered workflows Adapt to varying shift patterns and call requirements Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
