Active Virginia PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred. Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred. Ability to document treatments and patient progress in medical records per facility, state, and federal requirements. New graduates welcome; clinical supervision and orientation available.
