Expected Qualifications/Experience:
Valid Special Education Teacher credentials required Prior experience with IEP management, auditing, or compliance preferred Familiarity with charter school environments is a plus Strong organizational and communication skillsKey Responsibilities:
Serve as the ESE Facilitator, maintaining full compliance for the 26/27 academic year Oversee the IEP process, including documentation, timelines, and procedural audits Coordinate with teachers, families, and administration to ensure the highest standards of special education services Manage a small caseload (fewer than 6 students) with sensitivity and professionalismPerks You'll Enjoy:
