Qualifications:
Current Special Education (SPED) certification Experience or strong interest in resource room instruction Familiarity with IEP writing, lesson planning, and grading Ability to work with students PreK-6th with varied needs (OHI, autism, learning disabilities, hearing impairment, severe/profound) Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsResponsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction in a resource room setting (rotation, class size up to 10) Develop and implement IEPs, behavior, and lesson plans Track student progress and manage grading Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Support students' diverse learning and behavioral needs Serve one school site with a manageable, focused caseloadBenefits and Perks:
