Qualifications:
Currently licensed as an RN in Idaho or hold a multi-state compact RN license. Active ACLS and BLS certifications (must be issued by the American Heart Association). Minimum of two years recent experience in a PCU setting. Strong critical thinking abilities and a dedication to continuing education. Demonstrated leadership skills in planning and delivering quality care.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Maintain compliance with state Nurse Practice Acts and facility policies. Supervise and delegate tasks to support personnel based on skill and experience. Uphold best practices in patient safety and care documentation. Actively participate in unit professional development and training initiatives.
