Schedule Night shift:
7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. 36 guaranteed hours per week 13-week assignment Weekend coverage as required Blocked scheduling dependent on facility needs Night shift orientation on days Qualifications Current RN license (eligible for or licensed in Missouri) BLS and ACLS (AHA only) Minimum 1 year ICU experience, inpatient only Black scrubs required Flexible, positive team player attitude Ability to float as necessary to critical care or med/surg Key Responsibilities Deliver direct care for neuro, trauma, and complex medical conditions (26-bed unit, 3:1 or 4:1 ratios) Perform thorough assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient comfort and outcomes Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and compliance with all guidelines and standards Safely manage equipment such as Philips monitors, chest tubes, art lines, wound vacs, and BIPAP Benefits & Perks Premium compensation plus tax-advantaged travel stipends Comprehensive healthcare benefits and 401(k) participation Travel assistance for a seamless relocation experience Job security within high-demand hospital settings Exposure to award-winning hospital practices and leadership Opportunities to explore Springfield's many attractions during your assignment Elevate your skills and embark on a meaningful adventure in Springfield, MO.
