Schedule/Hours:

7:00 AM - 7:30 PM shifts Rotating every other/every third holiday coverage

Desired Qualifications:

Current, active RN license Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Strong critical thinking and assessment skills BLS and ACLS certification (active) Experience with EMR systems preferred Excellent communication and adaptability

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients requiring closer monitoring than a general med-surg unit Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans Collaborate with physicians and the wider healthcare team to ensure coordinated care Monitor and document patient status changes, administering medications and treatments as prescribed Provide education and emotional support to patients and families
