Schedule/Hours 12-hour night shifts Every other weekend and every other holiday required Desired Experience & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of RN experience (stepdown or PCU strongly preferred) Valid, unencumbered RN license (compact accepted) BLS and ACLS certifications required Dysrhythmia exam completion (study guide available) Proficiency with telemetry, cardiac, and vascular patient care Experience handling lines/drains/devices (PICCs, dialysis catheters, chest tubes, NG tubes, etc.) Ability to manage drips (Heparin, Amio, Insulin, etc.) and previous exposure to airway management (trachs, BiPAP, high-flow systems) Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and ability to adapt in rapidly changing scenarios Familiarity with
