Part-time (as needed with other locations) Position Summary Ohio Foot & Ankle Specialists is seeking a dependable and flexible Medical Receptionist to support our Westlake office and provide coverage for Fairview Park, Parma, and Garfield Heights locations as needed. This position combines both clinical and front-office responsibilities and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced specialty practice and enjoys working in multiple locations. PRN hours will vary based on staffing needs, PTO coverage, and patient volume. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Clinical Room patients and prepare exam rooms Obtain and document vitals and medical history Assist physicians during podiatric procedures Clean and sterilize instruments Apply dressings and assist with minor procedures Administer injections (if certified and permitted by state guidelines) Maintain accurate documentation in EMR Follow infection control and safety standards Front Office (Receptionist) Greet and check in patients Schedule appointments Verify insurance and collect copayments Answer and manage incoming calls Check patients out and schedule follow-ups Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Support overall office workflow Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of medical office experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in both clinical and administrative roles Must be comfortable floating between multiple locations Reliable transportation required CPR certification preferred Work Environment Specialty podiatry medical office Standing/walking for extended periods Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds Exposure to clinical equipment and procedures About Lake County Foot & Ankle Associates LLC Ohio Foot and Ankle Specialists is the largest podiatry practice in Ohio, with over 40 providers in more than 30 locations across Ohio.
