This travel RN opportunity places you on a Neuro Trauma Intermediate PCU. Schedule/Hours Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM 36-hour work week guaranteed 13-week assignment Flexible scheduling, including potential for block scheduling (pending facility needs) Weekend and holiday shifts as required Qualifications Current RN license (eligible for or licensed in Missouri)
AHA BLS & ACLS
certifications required Minimum 1 year recent ICU experience Experience with neuro, trauma, alcohol withdrawal, respiratory distress, insulin drips preferred Team-oriented attitude; adaptable and reliable with strong clinical judgment Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to patients on a 26-bed intermediate ICU; typical ratios are 3:1 or 4:1 Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care Utilize EPIC EMR and advanced monitoring technology (Philips monitors, BIPAP, Airvo, chest tubes, wound vacs, etc.) Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes Support a safe and confidential healthcare environment, maintaining compliance with facility standards and state practice acts Benefits & Travel Perks Premium compensation reflecting your experience and commitment Tax-advantaged stipends supporting housing and travel Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) plan for your future Assistance with travel arrangements and job placement security Expand your clinical expertise, experience groundbreaking care, and enjoy the unique adventures Springfield has to offer.
