Job Description

Schedule/Hours:
Days:
6:00 am - 4:30 pm 36 guaranteed hours per week Weekend shifts are on-call and fairly rotated
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an OR setting, with strong neuro and spine exposure Certified Surgical Technologist (ORT) Current BLS certification Preferred experience with vascular, DaVinci, orthopedic, and maxillofacial cases
Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons in a 24-bed Main OR performing complex neuro and spine procedures Maintain strict sterile field and patient safety for 1:1 surgical cases Operate and maintain advanced surgical equipment, including Cerner EMR documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes Adhere to dress code: ceil blue or royal blue scrubs; avoid fleece, hoods, sweatshirts, t-shirts, and nail polish
