Job Description

Category Nursing - ORT Job Type Travel Venture to Bessemer, AL—a destination that blends southern hospitality with lively culture and rich history. Schedule/Hours:
Shift:
Day, 0600 - 1630 36 hours guaranteed per week On-call weekend hours (evenly distributed by coordinator)
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of surgical tech experience, especially in neuro/spine procedures Active BLS certification Background in vascular, Davinci-assisted, ortho, or maxillofacial surgery preferred Comfortable operating state-of-the-art equipment and working with
Cerner EMR Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and efficient operating room support for neuro, spine, and advanced surgical cases Collaborate closely with the OR team to ensure optimal patient care and uphold sterile technique Prepare, maintain, and account for surgical instruments and supplies Adhere strictly to facility dress code (ceil blue or royal blue scrubs; no nail polish, fleece, hoods, t-shirts, or sweatshirts)
