Job Description

Working as a Certified Surgical Technologist on a travel assignment is an excellent way to broaden your expertise. You'll collaborate alongside surgical teams handling everything from general to trauma and neuro cases, leveraging advanced technology such as the DiVinci robotic system. Exposure to a wide patient population—pediatric through adult—and innovative practices using leading EMR systems like Epic will add depth to your clinical skillset while introducing you to diverse leadership techniques and procedural protocols.
Schedule/Hours:
4x10 hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM On-call required One weekend a month requiredKey Qualifications:
At least 2 years of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist National certification: NBSTSA or NCCT (grandfathered certifications accepted based on experience) BLS certification Proven experience scrubbing surgical cases Experience in trauma and neuro required Proficiency with the DiVinci robotic system a plus Comfortable with a variety of patient populations (pediatric through adult) Familiarity with Epic EMR preferredTypical Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize operating rooms for surgeries Assist with general, trauma, neuro, and robotic surgical procedures Maintain a sterile environment and support surgical teams under pressure Ensure the safe management and documentation of surgical instruments and supplies Provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after proceduresBenefits and Perks:
