Required Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license At least one year of recent Operating Room nursing experience Proficiency in circulating and/or scrub functions ACLS and BLS certification Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Previous experience in a fast-paced surgical environment preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe and effective patient care throughout the perioperative process Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia providers to optimize patient outcomes Ensure sterile environments and proper instrument/equipment handling Document perioperative care efficiently and accurately Educate and advocate for patients and families during surgical experiences
